Our standard return policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, we typically cannot offer an exchange or refund unless the product is covered under warranty.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in it's original packaging, in the same condition you received it in. If the item was received in a damaged or defected state, your product will be covered under our product warranty, and you will be eligible for either an exchange or refund of your choice. 

Gift cards cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items within 30 calendar days if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@blendaco.com.au and send your item to:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Upon request, we may be able to provide a prepaid return shipping label, and deduct the cost from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
