Once you have purchase the product, your order will then be immediately be sent to our fulfillment warehouse where it will be picked, packed and ready for delivery.

Once it has been prepared by the fulfillment staff, it will be picked up by Australia Post, heading straight to your door within 4-6 business days depending on where you live.

You will be sent a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the location of your delivery. You can also track the status of your delivery using our Track page, simply enter your Order Number and Email Address and click "Track".
